FEBRUARY
Where did this month go? We have had a very busy month. This month we worked on homophones,digraphs,subjects and verbs,contractions,possessives,and the suffix ed.
In math we worked on word problems, addition and subtraction,placement value,before,after,between,money and counting by 2's-70.
For writing we have been working on writing sentences that are descriptive as well as have correct punctuation and capitalization.
We have also been very busy with activities this month. Here is a brief list of what we did......
We..... went snowshoeing (however, I did not go due to somenone sharing the stomach bug uuuuggggghhhh!!!!!)
_ had a Valentines' Day Party(thanks for all the donations)
_ celebrated the 100th day of school
_ celebrated the Presidents' Birthdays
_ I am sure I missed something else!
