November Happenings
We have been very busy this month! This month we worked on addition, decomposing numbers,placement value,fables and fairy tales. We also did alot of writing. Our focus with our writing was adding detail,labeling and just making sure that our sentences had a who and a what ,as well as the correct punctation and capitalization. We will continue to work on this for the remainder of the year!
We went on our first field trip . At the hospital we saw what the inside of an ambulance looks like and what the siren sounds like. We also took a tour of the emergency room and the xray room. Another big hit was riding in the wheelchair and the snack! The students behavior was awesome and they were praised by the hospital staff. Our next trip will be Monday to the Firemen's Home. Hopefully, I will be able to post a few pictures from both trips soon.
On Tuesday we will be very busy with our Harvest Centers. Thanks to all who have donated items and who have volunteered to help out on that day. We appreciate everything you do for us!
